Know Your Cost to Grow Flowers
Using KYCTG, a program developed by the OSU Center for Small Farms in collaboration with Tanya Murray and Oregon Tilth, I’m using a WSARE grant to track crop cost of production on eleven farms over two years. This work is built on my previous WSARE grant.
Financial Benchmark Study
Through a two-year grant from Western SARE, in collaboration with John Hendrickson of UW-Madison, I’m compiling key financial benchmarks from eleven flower farms. This is only the beginning of what will become a database of farm financial information.
Cut Flower Yield Data
Join the project to compile average yield data across crops! My hope is to aid flower farmers in crop planing, risk management and financial projections through more reliable yield information.
